Jennifer M. Wilson
Wilson & Associates Law is led by Jennifer Wilson, an attorney licensed to practice law in the State of Texas, the Commonwealth of Virginia, and the State of Florida. Ms. Wilson is a talented litigator who has been recognized as one of the nation’s top 40 trial attorneys under age 40 by the National Trial Lawyers Association. She has also been honored with the “Client’s Choice” award, “Excellent Divorce Attorney” award, and “Excellent Child Custody Attorney” award by Avvo, and the “Emory Advocate” award by Emory University School of Law. Ms. Wilson accredits her success to hard-work, and the years she spent refining her litigation skills by serving as counsel for a Fortune 500 company, and subsequently working for a medium-sized firm handling a variety of family law, criminal defense, workers compensation, and personal injury cases, including premises liability, personal injury protection and general negligence matters. Ms. Wilson graduated from the University of Florida with dual degrees, a Bachelor of Science in Journalism Reporting and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science; and obtained her Juris Doctor from Emory University School of Law.
Desiree Hemphill
Desiree Hemphill is an attorney licensed to practice law in the State of Texas. Mrs. Hemphill received her Bachelor of Public Administration and Master of Legal Studies from Texas State University-San Marcos. She went on to receive her Doctor of Jurisprudence, Cum Laude from Texas Tech University School of Law in May of 2018. Mrs. Hemphill grew up in Coppell, Texas and moved back to the Dallas-Fort Worth area after law school to pursue a career in Family Law. Mrs. Hemphill married her doting husband in August of 2019. Prior to attending law school, Mrs. Hemphill found her passion for helping people while working as a Family Law and Estate Planning paralegal in San Marcos and earning her Masters in Legal Studies. Mrs. Hemphill was selected to be one of eight students in the Texas Tech School of Law Family Law and Housing Clinic. During her time as a Student Attorney, Mrs. Hemphill continued to foster her passion of family law byserving indigent clients who were at risk of losing their homes, domestic violence victims in need of representation in a divorce, and other various Family Law issues. Ms. Hemphill has a true passion for the practice of Family Law, and has been described as “attentive” and “tenacious.”Mrs. Hemphillwill work tirelessly to provide her clients withpeace of mind that she is on their side during the most difficult time in their lives.
