How to use KEYMACRO?
1. First, start KEYMACRO and create a new user-defined key. For example, for the “Keyboard Button No. 3” record “CTRL + 2”.
2. Press the “New” button.
3. Enter the “Text” and “Data” options.
“Text” is the shortcut text you want to enter.
“Data” is the user-defined key.
If you want to use a specific application, type the corresponding application name in the text box and click on the “Add”.
4. Check the box to record the whole application.
5. To play the shortcut, press the “Record” button.
The shortcut will be recorded under the “User defined” category. You can edit the shortcut whenever you want.
6. Click on the “Play” button and press the “Done” button to stop recording.
This key is saved under “User defined”. You can choose to change its name or remove it.
